   Better late than never:

   Leftover Turkey in Curry Sauce

   1. Sauté ½ cup onion in butter.
   2. Add 1 can cream of mushroom soup and ¼ cup milk. Stir until smooth.
   3. Add 1 cup turkey cut into small pieces and ½ teaspoon curry powder (I like more). Simmer a few minutes.
   4. Add 1 cup sour cream and heat through.

   Serve over rice. Serves four.
